We use a range of tools to support our consulting, team and individual coaching work.
We always deploy tools in context and, when assessment and selection is involved, will only recommend tools that meet validity and reliability criteria.
When using a tool, we therefore apply a 5-step approach:
1. Understand your requirement
2. Select appropriate tool
3. Prepare and brief people who will be involved in using the tool
4. Administer the tool
5. Provide appropriate feedback to the client and the individual/team. (Where tools are used to inform personal or team development we will only support personalised feedback – preferably face to face – by a qualified practitioner).
