Our client delivered an ambitious programme to transform the global HR Function.

Working with the global HR leadership team and HR Transformation Team, our role was to provide focused technical HR and change management support to the global HR leadership team to bring about this rapid change.

Specific activities include facilitating the global HR leadership team throughout the transformation journey; coaching the transformation team; applying our HR Realignment Tool; identifying and developing future HR capabilities in the areas of strategy, change management, consulting and project management, This was delivered through a combination of workshops, action centred learning and coaching.
