FTSE 100 Telecoms Business

Our client was a monopoly telecommunications provider. Our task was to work with the leadership team to engage the whole workforce with the consequences of market deregulation.

Over a period of 9 months we designed and supported implementation of a range of initiatives that engaged all employees with the new business reality. The result was the energising of the workforce to respond positively to and embrace change, and the active engagement of employees at all level in the change process. A major outcome was that revenues continued to grow even though market share inevitably dropped as a result of competition.
