Method of working
The types of work we support fall into four areas:
Consultancy
We work in partnership and believe strongly in building internal capability, so expect us to discuss how we can leave your team stronger. We also agree deliverables / measures and are totally transparent about how we will approach the work. We bring leading practice and thinking. We use a ‘process consulting’ approach. In this way we help clients to deliver tangible results, bring about effective organisational development and make change stick.
Facilitation
We excel in group facilitation, creating energetic, creative and productive spaces for teams and groups to accelerate performance and learning. We work with all types of teams – Executive teams, business teams, project teams, large and small groups, action-centred learning groups. We facilitate virtual spaces so that organisations share knowledge, innovate and create more effectively.
Coaching
We provide performance coaching. So we are interested in working with leaders who want to shift their performance at work. We ensure effective contracting both with the person receiving coaching and the organisation. We ensure our coaches receive coaching supervision.
Advisory
We provide specialist expert advice on specific employment and organisational issues and are pleased to be able to support Clients in this way when appropriate.
